MUSEUM OF GREAT RIVERS
The Museum of the Great Rivers in Rovigo, inaugurated in April 2001, develops its itinerary in the spaces of the ancient Olivetan Monastery of San Bartolomeo and recounts the evolution of the territory between the Adige and the Po, from the Bronze Age to the Renaissance.
3500 years narrated thanks to the findings resulting from the archaeological campaigns carried out in Polesine and to the scenographic and multimedia reconstructions, which allow the visitors to immerse themselves – in an engaging and exciting way – in the history and archeology of the Polesine area, retracing its fundamental stages.
