GIACOMO MATTEOTTI HOUSE MUSEUM
The Giacomo Matteotti House – Museum in Fratta Polesine is housed inside what was – starting from the end of the 19th century – the residence of the Matteotti family.
The building, which preserves the division of spaces and the furniture of the time in which Matteotti himself lived there, is fitted with multimedia equipment, that allows us to know the figure of the Italian politician assassinated in Rome in 1924, as well as the environment in which he lived.
The aid of an interactive table allows you to read, in addition to Matteotti’s political speeches, also numerous documents that illustrate the condition of Polesine between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century
