BALZAN COLLECTION

Exhibited in the foyer of the Teatro Sociale in Badia Polesine, the collection is the result of the passion for art of Eugenio Balzan, a citizen of Badia.

It consists of 49 works created by 26 Italian painters of the 19th and 20th centuries and represents, by Balzan’s will, every Italian regional “School”.

Among these we remember Gaetano Previati, Luigi Nono, Giovanni Fattori, Giuseppe De Nittis.
